How the Process Works

1. Submit a Request
Complete the assistance request form and tell us what you need.

2. We Review Your Request
Pillars reviews the request based on need, available funding, and charitable purpose.

3. We May Ask for Documentation
Depending on the request, we may ask for supporting information such as an invoice, lease, employment requirement, vendor information, or other verification.

4. A Decision Is Made
Requests may be approved, partially approved, denied, or placed on hold pending additional information or funding.

5. Assistance Is Provided
When practical, Pillars pays vendors, landlords, service providers, or other approved payees directly.
